Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you paid via EFT, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Credit card payments may take up to 5-7 business days to be refunded. We can also offer an SMS voucher for use on future purchases if you prefer.
